MEET LYNDSEY

Education Built From Experience 

Lyndsey Brantley is the Founder and CEO of International Laser Institute, a licensed laser professional, medical aesthetics educator, entrepreneur, wife, and mom whose career in beauty and aesthetics spans more than 15 years.

Her path into aesthetics began with a passion for solving real skin concerns and grew into years of hands-on experience treating clients, operating a successful Houston spa, working with advanced aesthetic technology, and educating the next generation of beauty professionals. Through that experience, Lyndsey recognized a major gap in laser education: students were completing courses but often still lacked the hands-on experience, technical understanding, and confidence needed to work safely with real clients—particularly clients with melanin-rich skin.

That realization became the foundation for International Laser Institute.
Today, Lyndsey brings real-world clinical and business experience into the classroom, teaching students not only how to operate laser technology, but how to understand skin, treatment protocols, safety, consultations, documentation, client outcomes, and the realities of building a career in medical aesthetics. Her approach emphasizes understanding the “why” behind the treatment, rather than simply memorizing settings or completing required hours.

As a wife, mother, and entrepreneur who has built her career while navigating the demands of family and business ownership, Lyndsey also understands that many students come to ILI looking for more than a certification—they are looking for a new opportunity. Her mission is to give them an education grounded in safety, skill, confidence, and real-world experience so they can leave ILI prepared for what comes next.
