Why We Built ILI

ILI was founded with a simple belief: professional training should prepare you for what happens beyond the classroom.

We saw a need for hands-on, high-quality laser and aesthetic education in Texas — a place where students could learn from experienced professionals, work with real models, and gain the practical skills and confidence to build their careers.

Today, ILI continues to grow, but our mission remains the same: provide real education, real experience, and real opportunities for future laser and aesthetic professionals.

Education Built From Experience

Lyndsey is the founder and CEO of International Laser Institute and a licensed laser professional with a passion for practical, high-quality laser education.

Through her experience in the laser and aesthetic industry, she saw the need for training that goes beyond simply completing coursework.

Her mission is to help students develop the knowledge, hands-on skills, and confidence to build successful careers in laser and aesthetics.
