The summit will be held on October 25-26, 2024, at the SpringHill Suites Houston Downtown/Convention Center located at 914 Dallas Street, Houston, Texas 77002. Additional paid certification courses will also be offered on Sunday, October 27, 2024, at Camellia Alise Studios located at 2014 Commonwealth St, Houston, TX 77006. Transportation WILL NOT be provided.

The summit is designed for Spa Owners, Estheticians, Massage Therapists, Make-up Artists, Cosmetologists, and anyone interested in the Beauty and Spa industry. It is suitable for both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the field.

The registration fee for in-person attendees is $69, with VIP tickets priced at $99. For virtual attendees, the registration fee is $39. These  prices are only available until October 1, 2024.

No, we do not have a discount for early registration on summit tickets. Please note that there will be an increase on ticket prices on October 1, 2024. However, if you purchase a certification course for either Friday or Sunday you will receive a $50 discount off the course if you register before October 1, 2024.  

Yes, we have partnered with The Marriott SpringHill Suites Houston Downtown/Convention Center to offer a group discounted rate. The hotel is located at 914 Dallas Street, Houston, Texas 77002. You can book your stay by clicking the booking button provided on our “Stay” section of the website you can see the rate details. Please also note that we have negotiated a set valet rate of $25 per day, there is limited street parking but we recommend valeting.

Your ticket purchase grants you entrance tol both days of events and is nonrefundable and nontransferable, should you be unable to attend in person we can give you virtual access to the conference.

Substitute Registrations: Substitutions with employees from your organization are allowed 1 time upon request but in all other respects delegate / attendee registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other person during the Event. You may not purchase registrations as an agent for any third party, sell or otherwise transfer your registration to others, or exploit the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way. All substitutions must be submitted in writing and approved by Camellia Alise staff, email us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Yes, the summit includes paid certification courses where attendees can practice new techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals to gain new revenue-generating certifications. Space in these courses is limited, so early registration is recommended. If you purchase a certification course for either Friday or Sunday you will receive a $50 discount off the course if you register before October 1, 2024.  

Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards for networking, a notebook or tablet for taking notes, and any specific tools or materials required for hands-on workshops (details will be provided upon registration).

We offer vending opportunities, but we limit them to 1 of each type of vendor to ensure optimal opportunities for each vendor. Please visit  “Become a Partner” for more information.

Breakfast is included for all ticket holders. VIP ticket holders will also receive lunch on Saturday. Additionally, food will be available at our welcome party. For those taking a class on Friday or checking in early, buffet lunch tickets can be purchased for $35.
